Product Manager

We are seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and optimization of our core digital offerings. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical feasibility and user needs, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with business objectives while delivering seamless experiences for our customers. You will own the product lifecycle from conception to deployment, working closely with engineering and design teams to drive measurable impact.

Key Deliverables

• Define and execute the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
• Manage the product backlog and oversee the release cycle, ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and enhance system interoperability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on existing features.
• Maintain clear documentation and version control processes to ensure alignment across development and stakeholder teams.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management within a technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and translate them into user-centric solutions.
• Strong understanding of API architecture and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in managing product development lifecycles using version control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting product issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, onsite product development environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in data analysis to support product decision-making and feature prioritization.
