Job Title: IT & Data Analyst INTERN - Full-time Contract

Compensation: 4,000 – 6,000 MAD per month
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated IT & Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Casablanca for a hands-on, full-time contract opportunity. This role is designed for a recent graduate to gain practical experience by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our business operations. You will work closely with our technical teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance our internal reporting structures.
Key DeliverablesDevelop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using PowerBI to track key performance indicators.
Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support the IT team in managing administrative structures and enhancing user interface (UI) workflows.
Utilize Python and VBA to streamline data processing tasks and reduce manual reporting efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, technical documentation.
Conduct research on emerging data trends to support ongoing business projects and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
Essential RequirementsCompleted university qualification (Degree and above).
0 - 3 months of internship experience.
Proficiency in MS Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or VBA.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Ability to work full-time on-site in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, planning, and organizing complex tasks.
Preferred QualificationsPrior exposure to data visualization tools beyond PowerBI.
Experience with database management or basic SQL queries.
Academic or project-based experience in UI/UX design principles.
Strong interest in the retail or field marketing technology sector.
