Operation executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operations Executive who can efficiently

manage client communication along with social media coordination.

This role requires someone who is active, responsive, and comfortable handling clients,

while also having an understanding of social media trends, content (reels/shorts), and

digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities: -

Client Handling & Operations

∙Act as a point of contact for clients (calls, chats, emails)

∙Understand client requirements and resolve queries effectively

∙Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth communication

∙Coordinate between internal teams and clients for execution

∙Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Social Media & Content Support

∙Assist in handling social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

∙Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and short-form content

∙Support in ideation and execution of engaging content

∙Monitor responses, engagement, and basic performance

Key Requirements

∙6 months – 1 year experience in operations, client handling, or social media roles

∙Strong English communication (verbal & written) – must for client interaction

∙Confident in handling client conversations independently

∙Basic understanding or interest in social media content (reels/shorts)

∙Awareness or basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)

∙Quick learner with high adaptability and responsiveness

∙Good organizational and multitasking skills
