This Senior Software Engineer role is crucial for driving the development and implementation of robust software solutions within our technology domain. You will lead moderately complex initiatives, contributing significantly to strategic planning and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications that meet evolving business needs.

Key DeliverablesLead the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
Contribute to large-scale planning of technology strategies, influencing architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
Resolve moderately complex technical challenges, applying in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.
Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff, acting as an escalation point for technical matters.
Ensure solutions meet existing client needs and potential new client requirements, adhering to compliance standards.
Work within a high-performing agile team to deliver solutions with speed and quality.

Essential Requirements4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Strong development experience with .Net Core and .Net.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle DB (11g/12c/19c).
Solid understanding of performance optimization for SQL queries.
Demonstrated experience with cloud development.
Hands-on experience with SDLC toolchain including IDE, CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Postman.

Preferred QualificationsWorking experience with AI toolchain in SDLC.
Good hands-on experience with Harness.
Java Spring Boot development experience.
Exposure to Wealth Management domain.
