React Developer

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our engineering team in Noida to build and maintain high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in translating complex design requirements into clean, functional code while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of frontend features and contribute directly to the technical evolution of our products.

Key Deliverables

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric web interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to provide a fast, reliable user experience.
• Translate wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, reusable component libraries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to maintain high code quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across the team.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a React Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React core principles, hooks, and state management libraries.
• Experience working with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend build tools and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or UI component libraries like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Prior experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
