Female Athleisure Technician

This role is crucial for ensuring the technical integrity and fit of our female athleisure garments, directly impacting product quality and customer satisfaction. The Athleisure Technician will be instrumental in translating design concepts into production-ready specifications, focusing on precision and performance. You will play a key part in maintaining our high standards for activewear, collaborating closely with design and production teams.

Key Deliverables

• Conduct thorough fit analysis sessions, providing detailed feedback and solutions for garment improvements.
• Develop and refine comprehensive tech packs, ensuring all technical specifications are accurate and clear for manufacturing.
• Oversee size grading processes to ensure consistent fit across all sizes for female athleisure wear.
• Collaborate with designers to translate creative visions into technically feasible and high-performing garments.
• Identify and resolve garment construction issues, proactively suggesting improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate and approve samples, ensuring they meet design intent, fit standards, and material specifications.

Essential Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in garment construction and technical design, specifically within athleisure or activewear.
• Proven expertise in fit analysis and pattern understanding for female apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed and accurate tech packs.
• Strong understanding of various athleisure and activewear fabrics and their properties.
• Proficiency in size grading principles and application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with performance-oriented fabrics and specialized garment features.
• Familiarity with 3D design software for garment visualization and fit assessment.
• A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
