Lead Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) to drive the visual language and user experience across our digital touchpoints. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's aesthetic and ensuring design consistency across applications, marketing materials, and consumer-facing platforms, directly impacting user engagement and brand perception.

Key Deliverables

• Own and evolve the visual design language across brand and product surfaces, ensuring a cohesive experience.
• Design high-quality UI assets for mobile applications, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Translate brand strategy into clean, scalable UI systems and comprehensive visual frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Create and maintain robust design systems, UI components, and detailed style guides for consistent implementation.
• Ensure visual consistency across all product UI, marketing creatives, and broader brand communications.
• Contribute to the entire design thinking process, from initial concept to final execution, balancing creativity with usability.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Brand, Visual, or UI Design roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or equivalent) from a reputed design college.
• Strong foundation in UI design for digital products, with a preference for mobile-first experience.
• Proven ability to balance brand storytelling with functional UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products or D2C brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI-led brand and visual design work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation tools like After Effects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers.
• Familiarity with emerging visual styles and global design trends.
