Procure to Pay Operations Associate <> Accenture

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Finance Operations team, focusing on the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy by managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and transaction reconciliations. You will work within a collaborative team environment to ensure procurement activities are executed efficiently, directly contributing to our operational excellence and strong supplier relationships.

Key Deliverables

• Execute end-to-end invoice processing for both PO and non-PO transactions with high accuracy.
• Manage vendor payments through various channels including checks, wire transfers, SWIFT, and direct debits.
• Perform regular reconciliations and execute payment-related controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Identify and resolve potential duplicate payments by running detailed reports and taking corrective action.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data to support seamless procurement and payment cycles.
• Collaborate with internal team members to address operational queries and resolve routine process discrepancies.
• Adhere to established financial guidelines and standard operating procedures to meet daily processing targets.

Essential Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and apply established precedents.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
• Clear communication skills for effective interaction within the team and with direct supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within large-scale Finance Operations or shared service centers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and automated payment processing tools.
• Understanding of broader financial operations and internal control frameworks.
