Job Title: Senior Gen AI Developer – Generative & Agentic AI, and Data Science - Full-Time

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Gen AI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, leveraging Data Science principles to drive innovation and solve complex business challenges. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor with a strong background in machine learning and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
Key DeliverablesDesign, develop, and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI models using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL to support model training and evaluation.
Engineer effective prompts and optimize LLMs for various applications, including content generation and intelligent automation.
Implement and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid experience with SQL for data manipulation and database management.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).
Familiarity with various prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks.
Prior experience working on Agentic AI projects and related technologies.
SkillsMust-Have SkillsTechnical: Python (expert), SQL (proficient), TensorFlow/PyTorch (intermediate), experience with LLMs and RAG.
Domain Knowledge: Generative AI principles, Agentic AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures.
Behavioral & Interpersonal: Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Process & SOP: Experience in documenting model development processes and creating technical reports.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop data-driven solutions.

Additional InformationThis is a full-time onsite position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Standard 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
Reporting directly to the AI Team Lead, with opportunities to collaborate with senior data scientists and engineers.
Standard onboarding process including access to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and mentorship programs.
