AM/DM – Recruitment

This role is crucial for driving our talent acquisition efforts within the non-tech domain, specifically focusing on Home Loan hiring. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals, directly impacting our growth and market position. Key Deliverables

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for Home Loan positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on market trends.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our employer brand.

Essential Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Home Loan hiring.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for the Prime Segment within the Home Loan domain.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant labor laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and interview techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
