Retail Execution Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Execution Manager to lead our field operations and elevate our brand presence across retail touchpoints. You will be responsible for driving in-store excellence, managing field teams, and ensuring that our execution strategies translate into measurable market growth. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our brand strategy and the consumer experience in the field.

Key Deliverables

• Lead and mentor field teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Drive planogram compliance across all assigned retail outlets to maximize product visibility and shelf share.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and address operational gaps.
• Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders to align on promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit retail performance, gather competitive intelligence, and coach field staff.
• Manage territory-wide retail operations to ensure seamless product availability and high-quality service standards.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to leadership, highlighting actionable insights and territory progress.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field sales, merchandising, retail operations, and FMCG execution.
• Proven track record of managing field teams and driving performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, including planogram compliance and KPI monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in retail reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to travel regularly across regional markets as required for field audits and team management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with modern trade or general trade channels within the consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale retail rollouts or brand activation projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and territory planning.
