Specialist - Windchill Integration <> Birlasoft

We are seeking a Specialist - Windchill Integration to drive the successful deployment, upgrade, and integration of PTC Windchill applications. This role is critical in enhancing our clients' efficiency and productivity by seamlessly connecting Windchill with other enterprise systems, ensuring robust data migration, and providing expert technical support. You will play a key role in architecting and executing services projects, contributing to innovative solutions that empower businesses.

Key Deliverables

• Develop detailed technical specifications based on functional requirements for Windchill implementations.
• Execute the deployment, upgrading, and maturation of PTC Windchill applications for various clients.
• Perform comprehensive data migration from existing systems into PTC Windchill, ensuring data integrity.
• Integrate PTC Windchill with diverse enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and CPQ.
• Support the timely resolution of technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MCAD and PLM, specifically in architecting solutions and executing services projects.
• Proficiency in deploying, upgrading, and maturing PTC Windchill applications.
• Demonstrated experience with data migration into PTC Windchill from various systems.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts, including CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, and Change Management.
• Experience with Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration (SAP/Oracle Apps Integration) and Windchill Product Analytics.
• Ability to write technical specifications and create comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and present information effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience participating in system blueprinting and developing proof-of-concept systems.
• Familiarity with corporate carve-out scenarios involving Windchill systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
