HireZapp is an AI-powered recruitment platform that provides the following services:

• AI-generated job descriptions in under 30 seconds
• Intelligent application form creation based on job requirements
• Automated candidate matching and scoring system
• GitHub integration and scoring for technical roles
• AI-powered candidate analysis and insights
• Interactive AI chatbot for candidate evaluation
• Interview scheduling through calendar integrations
• Company career page creation and management
• Google Sheets integration for application tracking

3. Credit System and Pricing

3.1 Credit-Based Model

Our platform operates on a credit-based system where 1 application received costs 1 credit.

3.2 Pricing Plans

For Indian Users:

• Free Plan: 50 credits monthly (resets every month) + 50 welcome credits upon signup
• Pro Plan: $8/month + ₹2 per credit for additional credits
• Enterprise Plan: $149/month + ₹1.5 per credit + dedicated support

For International Users:

• Free Plan: 50 credits monthly (resets every month)
• Pro Plan: $99/month (includes 500 credits + 100 bonus credits)
• Enterprise Plan: $249/month (includes 2000 credits + dedicated support)

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.2 Lawful Use

• Use the platform only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Respect candidate privacy and data protection rights
• Do not discriminate based on protected characteristics

4.3 Content Guidelines

• Job descriptions must be accurate and non-discriminatory
• HR mindset information should be professional and legal
• Do not post misleading or false job opportunities
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. AI and Data Processing

By using our AI-powered features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• Match scores and analyses are algorithmic suggestions, not guarantees
• You remain responsible for final hiring decisions
• Candidate data will be processed to provide matching and analysis services

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services including:

• LinkedIn (for calendar booking functionality)
• Google Sheets (for application data export)
• GitHub (for technical candidate evaluation)
• Payment processors (for billing)

Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

HireZapp shall not be liable for:

• Hiring decisions made based on platform recommendations
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Third-party integration failures
• Data loss due to user error or system failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
