HireZapp is an AI-powered hiring and applicant tracking platform designed to help companies screen, source, manage, and hire talent more efficiently. The platform includes the following categories of services:

2.1 Screening & Analysis

• AI-powered job description and application form generation
• Multi-channel screening using candidate data from platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub
• Strengths and weaknesses analysis of candidates
• AI-generated Job Match Score and Job Quality Score
• Bulk job imports with AI features applied automatically
• AI chatbot for candidate-related hiring questions and interview preparation
• Integrated assessments within the hiring pipeline

2.2 Employer Branding

• Custom SEO-optimized careers pages
• Custom branding including company colors, fonts, and content
• Branded job posts with company information
• Personalized candidate communication across hiring stages

2.3 Sourcing

• Access to Career Circle WhatsApp talent communities
• Distribution across 100+ sourcing channels
• Training & Placement (TNP) network access
• Advanced sourcing module for Pro & Enterprise plans, including candidate personas, sourcing strategies, and outreach guidance

2.4 Virtual Recruiter (Enterprise Only)

Enterprise users may receive access to a trained virtual recruiter provided by HireZapp Technologies to assist with hiring workflows. This service does not replace internal HR, legal, or compliance responsibilities.

3. Pricing, Credits & Free Plan

HireZapp operates on a flexible, credit-based pricing model. Users may access the platform through a Free-Forever plan or paid plans that require credits.

• Credits are consumed based on feature usage
• No credit card is required for the free plan
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits may expire based on plan terms

4. Foundational Platform Features

• AI-powered resume parsing and insights
• Automatic ranking of candidates
• End-to-end Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Centralized dashboard for applications and hiring stages
• Notes, reanalysis, and pipeline progression
• Job duplication with screening questions

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must use HireZapp only for lawful hiring purposes
• You are responsible for candidate consent and compliance
• You must not misuse AI features or attempt to bypass safeguards

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated insights, scores, sourcing suggestions, and analyses are advisory only. HireZapp does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or role success. All hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

7. Data, Security & Third-Party Services

HireZapp integrates with third-party services and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data practices. Industry-standard security measures are used, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. Termination

HireZapp may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or legal risks. You may stop using the platform at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireZapp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost hires, revenue, or data. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last twelve (12) months.
