1. Credit System Overview
HireZapp operates on a credit-based system where:
- 1 credit = 1 job application received on the platform
- Credits are consumed when candidates submit applications
- Unused credits do not expire (except for monthly free credits)
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
2. Pricing Structure
2.1 Indian Market
- Credit Cost: ₹2 per credit
- Pro Plan: $8/month subscription + ₹2 per additional credit
- Enterprise Plan: $149/month subscription + ₹1.5 per additional credit
2.2 International Market
- Pro Plan: $99/month (includes 500 credits + 100 bonus credits)
- Enterprise Plan: $249/month (includes 2000 credits + dedicated support)
3. Free Credits
3.1 Welcome Credits
New users receive 50 welcome credits upon account creation. These credits:
- Are provided once per account
- Do not expire
- Cannot be refunded
3.2 Monthly Free Credits
Free plan users receive 50 credits monthly that:
- Reset on the 1st of each month
- Do not carry over to the next month
- Cannot be refunded or exchanged
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days: Full refund if no credits have been used
- Technical Issues: Refund available if service is unavailable for more than 48 hours
- Billing Errors: Immediate refund for incorrect charges
4.2 Credit Purchase Refunds
Purchased credits may be refunded in the following situations:
- Unused Credits: Refund available within 30 days if credits are unused
- Technical Malfunction: Refund if credits were consumed due to platform errors
- Duplicate Purchase: Immediate refund for accidental duplicate transactions
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Used credits (applications already received)
- Free credits (welcome and monthly credits)
- Bonus credits included in subscription plans
- Services already rendered (AI analysis, candidate matching)
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period
- Purchased credits remain available after subscription cancellation
5.2 Account Deletion
- Account deletion results in loss of all credits
- No refunds provided for unused credits upon account deletion
- Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy guidelines
6. Refund Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide your account details and reason for refund
- Include transaction ID or invoice number
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
6.2 Processing Time
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
7. Enterprise Plan Specifics
Enterprise plan customers receive additional benefits:
- Dedicated account manager
- Job board management by HireZapp team
- 1 recruiter from HireZapp team for recruitment assistance
- Priority customer support
- Custom refund terms may apply (contact support)
8. Sales Commission Structure
For transparency, our sales team operates on the following commission structure:
- First ₹30,000: 10% commission
- ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000: 15% commission
- Above ₹1,00,000: 20% commission
9. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Contact our customer success team for escalation
- Provide additional documentation if required
- We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days
